Students are encouraged to take responsibility for their behaviour and learning. They can become Prefects, Monitors, Form Representatives, Diversity Ambassadors, House Prefects and take on other responsibilities in the school.

In Key Stage 3 the School Council, chaired by Diversity Lead, contributes to the development and life of the school. In Key Stage 4, the Junior Leadership Team work closely our Director of Key Stage 4.
